In answer to the demand for more new homes for Liverpool house builders are working flat out on new developments. We are currently on-site in Bootle assisting in a new build site that importantly has affordable homes in the mix of homes being built. Liverpool City Council has stated the Liverpool city region needs 10,000 home by 2023, some being built by the new Council-owned housebuilder and mainly by private development.

All good news for the economy and employment as long as the housebuilders and council use local SMEs and suppliers like CCC to provide materials, services, skilled and unskilled labour. Too often are we seeing out of the area companies working on local developments!!
