Project

Omega is currently the largest mixed-use development site in the North West. With immediate access to the region’s motorway network from Junction 8 of the M62, it’s unrivalled location has already proved attractive to Brake Bros, Hermes Parcelnet, Travis Perkins, Asda and most recently the Hut Group and Plastic Omnium. ISG were engaged to construct a new warehouse and distribution facility for global brand Amazon.

Scope of Works

Having previously worked on several projects for ISG they called on CCC to provide waste management services during construction and fit out phases. CCC supplied a fleet of Roll On Roll Off skips during the whole project. Then we introduced bailers and compactors during the fit out phase to control the huge volumes of site waste and packaging being generated by the main and subcontractors a like. We are proud to state that 100% of site waste was recycled.
